You pick up a book.. get lost in its riveting plot.. and when you place it down.. You've earned a Reward. Pretty Cool, Right!
But how do we make sure it's fair and genuinely encourages reading?
Here's the key:
Each book or page will have an 'average read time.
You will be allowed to progress to the next page only after this time has lapsed.
Max number of books per day
While we want you to read more, we also want you to immerse yourself in each book. So there will be a limit on the maximum number of books a user can read per day (for example, max 2 books a day).
Bookwormer is not just an app; it's a community of bookworms. Engage with fellow readers through threads, vote on your favourite contributions, and participate in active discussions about your favourite books, authors, and genres.
We've built Bookwormer to cater to various reading interests. The vast library will be categorized, allowing you to filter and find the books that align with your interests. And to keep our library growing and dynamic, users are encouraged to upload new books, with rewards waiting for such community contributions.
The Bookwormer Journey
Our journey is one that will be carved out in three stages:
Silent Readers: Our first release caters to all you silent readers out there who love to lose yourselves in the written word.
Audiobook Listeners: Next, we extend our warm welcome to audiobook enthusiasts, making reading accessible and fun, even on-the-go.
Readers for Listeners: Our most ambitious feature allows you to record as you read, providing an audiobook experience for others. This feature is still in the works and promises to make your Bookwormer journey even more exciting.
Rewards
Our Bookwormers will be rewarded in $SOL, $ROO - a multi utility token that can be utilised as a currency throughout the eco system.
